What the checks mean
- 100 character title limit. This is a Pinterest limit. Anything over it will not fit.
- First 40 characters. Pinterest says roughly the first 40 characters of a title are the part most likely to show to people. That is why the preview shades everything after it. Lead with the words a searcher would type.
- 500 character description limit. Also a Pinterest limit. You do not have to use all of it.
